Accessibility statement
This translation is provided for information purposes only. In the event of a dispute, the Lithuanian text shall prevail: Lithuanian version.
We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use the Rollka website comfortably.
1. Conformance
The website partially meets WCAG 2.1 AA requirements (European standard EN 301 549).
2. What we have done
- The whole order can be completed using only the keyboard: choosing the city, the dish, extras and the pickup time, entering contact details and paying.
- The keyboard focus is always visible.
- When a window opens, focus stays inside it. The Escape key closes the dish, time selection and information windows; the cookie and city selection windows are closed only with their buttons.
- The colour contrast of text and buttons meets the standard.
- Pages have a clear structure (headings, navigation regions), and buttons and windows have names, so screen readers can recognise them.
- Errors and status messages are given in text, not only by colour.
- Text can be enlarged using browser tools.
- The website is available in Lithuanian, Latvian, English and Russian.
3. How we checked
- Automated testing against WCAG 2.1 A and AA rules on all pages and all ordering steps, on phone and computer screens.
- Testing of the ordering process using only the keyboard.
- Method of assessment: automated testing (axe-core), keyboard, contrast measurements; not yet tested with screen readers.
Last reviewed: 2026-10-29.
4. Known limitations
- When paying online, the payment is confirmed on your bank's page. The bank is responsible for its accessibility.
- The PDF files of the terms are for downloading and saving. The same text is also available on this website.
- When paying online, the pickup time is reserved for 5 minutes. This limit is essential for the time-slot reservation and cannot be extended; after it expires the time can be selected again.
Known non-conformities (being fixed):
- The video on the home page has no pause button.
- Error messages are not always announced to screen readers.
- The selected state of the extras and time options is not conveyed to screen readers.
5. If you encounter a barrier
If you cannot use any part of the website, let us know: tel. +370 662 58494, email info@metina.lt. We will reply within 5 working days, and we can also take your order by phone.
If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can contact the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lrv.lt).
